Insanity – 1st Month Completed

So after I finished P90X, I decided to tackle Insanity. I was nervous since it is an intense cardio program and cardio is not my favorite. So I’m happy to say I survived the first month. The program is really 5 days of cardio, one day for cardio recovery (stretching) and one rest day. I can definitely tell that my cardio endurance has increased. But I feel like I’ve lost some muscle in my arms. I’ve found that I really miss the weight training and sculpting as well as the soreness that comes with it. So I will stick it out for another month but in the future I will use Insanity in a hybrid with P90X or ChaLEAN Extreme to combine both weight training with intense cardio. Have you tried Insanity? What did you think?
